FAQ
Self-Employed, Investor, Retiree and Dependent. The Dependent permit is always linked to a main permit — it cannot be done on its own.
Timelines depend on two factors: the EDB’s processing speed — between 5 weeks and 5 months depending on the file — and your own responsiveness in providing the required documents at the right time (medical tests, certified bank statements…). A well-prepared file and quick responses on your end are the two keys to moving fast.
My fee structure is designed so our interests are aligned: 50% at signing, 50% only upon permit approval. If your application doesn’t succeed, I lose half my fee — that’s my strongest guarantee that I’ll do everything possible to make it work.
For Investor files that require a legal structure, I work with a trusted local accounting firm.
