Services Offered
- Expat coaching: €50 / 1-hour session
- Premium Visa Autonomous Pack: €47
- Residence permit support: €1,400 (Self-Employed) or €1,800 (Investor)
Payment Terms
Secure payment by credit card via Stripe.
For residence permit support: 35% upon signing, 35% upon submission of the file on the EDB platform, and 30% on the day of the confirmation appointment at the EDB.
Cancellation and Refund
For coaching: cancellation possible up to 24 hours before the appointment with full refund. After this deadline, the session remains due.
For the Autonomous Pack: digital content delivered immediately, non-refundable.
For residence permit support: the 35% payment upon signing is non-refundable, the 35% payment upon EDB submission is non-refundable, and the 30% payment is only due on the day of the confirmation appointment at the EDB.

Liability
Julie Cliquennois provides a coaching and administrative support service. She cannot be held responsible for any decision made by Mauritian authorities regarding the granting of a permit. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.
Governing Law
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, Mauritian law shall apply.
