If you want to see concerts, shows, festivals or even take part in trails... Here are the essential platforms to make sure you never miss an event in Mauritius.

Mauritius is a vibrant island, full of life and events of all kinds: concerts, shows, festivals, trails… Whether you’re an art lover, a music enthusiast or a keen sportsman, there’s always something to do! To make sure you don’t miss out on any of these highlights, there are a number of websites and apps to help you stay informed and plan your outings. In this article, I share with you my must-haves to make sure you never miss the best events in Mauritius, and why not, discover new experiences.

1. Caudan Arts Centre

The Caudan Arts Center is Mauritius’ leading venue for shows, concerts and art exhibitions. This cultural center at the Caudan Waterfront in Port Louis offers a varied program all year round, with events to suit all tastes.

The ground-floor restaurant “L’Entracte” is also a good address for lunch or dinner.

2. Otayo

Otayo is the essential platform for buying tickets to concerts, shows and festivals in Mauritius. It also lets you discover upcoming dates and secure your place for the most popular events.

5. Facebook – Events section

Facebook has a dedicated events section where you can check out all the upcoming activities in Mauritius. Whether it’s concerts, exhibitions or sporting events, you can easily see what’s happening near you by going to the “Events” tab on your app.

→ There really is everything! And when I say everything, it could be a concerto at the Caudan Arts Centre or a Gospel concert at the church next door.

6. ROAG

The ROAG.mu website specializes in running and trail events in Mauritius, Rodrigues and South Africa. It lists upcoming races with all the information you need to register and take part in these sporting competitions.
