These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of this website and cover both:

  • the sale of physical products via the online shop, and

  • the provision of expatriation support and consulting services.

SECTION A – PRODUCTS (ONLINE SHOP)

3. Products & Availability
All products offered are subject to availability. Product images and descriptions are provided for information purposes only.

4. Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed in Mauritian Rupees (MUR).
Payment for products is accepted via Juice (MCB) only.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

5. Collection & Delivery

Free in-store collection is available at the Clairmodel store in Albion.
Customers will be contacted once their order is ready for collection.
Free alterations are available directly in store.

Postal delivery within Mauritius is available as an option.
Orders sent by post are dispatched once a week (Friday) via the Mauritius Post.

Delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on postal services.
From Paris to Moris cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

6. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
No returns or exchanges are accepted, except in the case of defective items identified at the time of collection or delivery.

SECTION B – SERVICES (EXPATRIATION SUPPORT)

7. Services Description
Expatriation support services include personalised guidance and information.
Services are provided based on the information supplied by the client.

8. Service Payment & Cancellation
Once a service has started, payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the service purchased.

9. Limitation of Liability
From Paris to Moris provides guidance and support but does not act as a legal or governmental authority.
The business cannot be held responsible for decisions made by third parties (immigration authorities, landlords, banks, etc.).

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
